PAYMENT

Currently the payment on our site is available via PAYPAL and most credit cards .

We also offer offline payment (bank transfer ). Please contact us if you would like to do so.

We do not keep any card information as we do not directly process any payment.

We do not store any personal data.

All prices are listed in EUROS.

SHIPPING

UPS Express shipping at the following prices:

Italy: 10 Euros
European Union: 15 Euros

Extra-EU: 20 Euros

North America: 25 Euros

Rest of the world: 35 Euros

Please notice that for orders outside the European union you may be charged for customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your package.

Shipping costs do not cover eventual taxes your country may impose. Cost vary from country to country.

RETURNS

Returns without justification are possible only during the 15 days after the receipt of the package.

Custom nibs and customized pens have NO RETURN.

The refund will be total excluding shipping costs.

Items should be sent in original package, clean and not filled with ink.

Any damage or manipulation will void the refund.

GUARANTEE
All products have a 2 years limited guarantee. Any item manipulation such as dismounting the section or replacing the nib will void the warranty .
